Horror news website HalloweenEveryNight.com won 10 awards — sweeping the illustrations category for the second year — in the 2021 Orange County Press Club Awards, an event recognizing excellence in local journalism.
The event, taking place virtually for the second year in a row, streamed live on Facebook July 22, 2021. Other winners included traditional and speciality publications and websites like Voice of OC, Food & Travel, The Orange County Register and Los Angeles Times.
The virtual event ended with a video honoring the journalists whose lives were lost in the past year.
Halloween Every Night placed across multiple divisions, including Design/Graphics, Non-Traditional or Speciality Publications and Multimedia. Here are the winners:
