Andy Milligan is born in St. Paul, Minn. in 1929. The writer/director and costume designer made a string of low budget, but envelope-pushing gory horror and sexploitation films in the 1960s and 1970s including The Ghastly Ones, Bloodthirsty Butchers, and The Rats Are Coming! The Werewolves Are Here! He died in 1991.
