If you aren’t ready for spooky season to end, get ready for Creep It Real Festive. The event designed to Halloween-ize your Christmas returns for its second year with vendors, special guests, music and food at the Heritage Museum of Orange County Nov. 17-18.
Halloween-loving Christmas shoppers can find a lot of Christmas gifts and have a good time doing it at the historic Heritage Museum.
“They get so excited about spooky things,” says event co-producer Megan Valantine, about Creep It Real fans. “Then when they allow us a chance to get creative with the spooky theme by adding a holiday twist, we just love how creative we can be with it.”
Muppets Haunted Mansion filmmaker, actor, voice actor, and Jim Henson Creature Maker Kirk Thatcher will be meeting and greeting visitors both days as well as voice actress Kat Cressida and The Night Butcher actress Victoria Venin. Musical performers include Kitty Antix, and acapella group SCAREolers. And visitors can go inside the Haunted Maag Farmhouse to see a Shadow Pianist playing some spooky tunes.
Vendors include Backstitch Bruja, FemmedeBloom, and Dark to Decor and photo ops feature spooky holiday themes such as Zombie Outbreak in Whoville and a gingerbread house featuring Edgar Allan Poe. Horror prop museum Art’s Sideshow will also have a Grinch-themed photo op.
All ages and pets are welcome, and costumes are encouraged. Tickets are $22 for a day pass or $32 for both days.
