Burn Witch, Burn opens across the U.S. in 1962. Also known as Night of the Eagle, is the second film based on Fritz Leiber’s novel Conjure Wife and features a screenplay by Twilight Zone veterans Charles Beaumont and Richard Matheson. The film is rated “X” in the U.K. and American audience members get a magic spell prologue narrated by Paul Frees and a packet of salt for an incantation.
