The first issue of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina comic is published in 2014. The Archie Horror comic by writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and artist Robert Hack is based on the 1972 anthology, Chilling Adventures in Sorcery As Told By Sabrina, featuring the Archie Comics character Sabrina the Teenage Witch telling horror stories, but is also a spinoff of Afterlife with Archie. The title is a hit with critics and readers and the first two issues sell out. A Netflix TV adaptation follows.
