Lights Out premieres on NBC in 1946. The horror anthology is one of early television’s adaptations of a popular radio show, this one dating back to 1934. The series ran until 1952 and featured guest stars like Basil Rathbone, Anne Bancroft, Robert Stack, Yvonne De Carlo, John Carradine and Burgess Meredith.
