Revenge of the Creature premieres in Detroit and New Haven, Conn. in 1955. The second in Universal’s Creature From the Black Lagoon trilogy is the only 3D sequel to a 3D film as well as Clint Eastwood’s film debut. Despite critics dismissing it, the film is a hit.
