Bill Cardille is born in Sharon, Pennsylvania in 1928. The actor known as “Chilly Billy” is the on-scene reporter in the original Night of the Living Dead, and also appears in Day of the Dead, and the 1990 re-make of NOTLD. As a Pittsburgh TV broadcaster, he hosted the local TV show Chiller Theater. He died in 2016.
