Horror Swings Into Tiki At Tiki Noire

Grab your cocktail and dress in your best 1940s looks for tiki meets horror at the Tiki Noire immersive event at L.A.'s Globe Theater.

Step into the silver screen of the 1940s with a tiki cocktail in hand in a night of immersive theater and live entertainment at Tiki Noire at the Globe Theater in downtown Los Angeles.

The new experience by live event company Witches Brew will feature a hidden speakeasy and dark art marketplace set to live musical performances by The Hula Girls and Ukulena, the burlesque of Miss Tosh and Vauxdevil, and the magic of The Siren of Magic, all in a world of retro tropical cool.

Mystery-leaning guests can also opt to solve “The Curse of Shark Bay,” examining clues from the six interactive photo displays to uncover the supernatural secrets behind the unfinished film, Shark Bay.

Whether guests arrive in a coconut bra and hula skirt or old Hollywood glitz and glamour, roaming characters locked into the world of island fantasy will dip guests into the fullness of this single-day experience.

Tiki Noire swings into action Sat., July 16 with three immersive sessions: 1 p.m., 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. Each two-hour session is open to ages 18 and older. Tickets are $25-$75.
