The Tenant opens across the U.S. in 1976. The Kafkaesque French psychological horror film and the third of Roman Polanski’s “apartment trilogy” after Repulsion and Rosemary’s Baby, features Polanski as a victimized alcoholic in a bizarre Paris apartment building. It has become a cult film since its release.
