Henry G. Saperstein is born in Chicago in 1918. As a producer, he brought the English-language versions of the Japanese kaiju films Godzilla vs. Monster Zero, Frankenstein Conquers the World, War of the Gargantuas and Terror of Mechagodzilla to the U.S., as well as the American version of Japan’s Evil of Dracula. He died in 1998.
