Wolfman Jack is born in New York in 1939. Though most famously known as a disc jockey, his film appearances include Motel Hell, American Graffiti, Mortuary Academy and Midnight, and the TV series Galactica 80. His radio personality and celebrity also helped promote Knott’s Berry Farm’s “Scary Farm” Halloween event in the late 1970s. He died in 1995.
