Steve Johnson is born in Houston in 1960. The special effects makeup artist’s long career stretches more than 200 films including An American Werewolf in London, Ghostbusters, Fright Night, The Fog, Bicentennial Man, The Village, War of the Worlds, and I Am Legend. His TV work includes the Stephen King mini-series The Stand and The Shining. He is also the author of the multi-volume tale of his career, Rubberhead.
