Cesar Romero is born in New York City in 1907. The actor is known mainly for playing Latin lovers, but also starred in Two on a Guillotine, Latitude Zero, The Spectre of Edgar Allan Poe, Judgement Day and most famously as the Joker in TV’s Batman. He died in 1994.
