It Came From Outer Space opens across the U.S. in 1953. One of the string of 3D films made during the “Golden Age” of 3D in 1952-1955, it features a story by Ray Bradbury and is considered one of the best alien sci-fi films of the 1950s with a more forward-looking tale. Though a moderate success at the time, respect for the film has grown over time.
