Spook Busters opens across the U.S. in 1946. The fourth film in the Bowery Boys (formerly the Dead End Kids and East Side Kids) 12-year, 48-film slapstick comedy series is the first to feature horror and mystery movie elements, including a mad scientist and spooky old house. Other films include Mr. Hex, Ghost Chasers, The Bowery Boys Meet The Monsters, and Spook Chasers.
