Dean Koontz is born in Everett, Penn. in 1945. The best-selling author of more than 100 novels, including Demon Seed, and Phantoms, as well as the Odd Thomas series, the Frankenstein series and Jane Hawk series. At least 17 of his novels have been adapted into films or TV movies.
