Tony Todd is born Washington D.C. in 1954. The actor’s more than 40-year career was dominated by horror films such as the main character in the Candyman franchise, and also included the Final Destination films, Wishmaster, The Crow, the 1990 remake of Night of the Living Dead, and the 2015 version of Frankenstein and the Scream TV series. As a voice actor, he was a regular in DC and Marvel animated shows and various video games. He died in 2024.
