Max Brooks is born in New York City in 1972. The actor and former Saturday Night Live writer is mostly known as the author of World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War and The Zombie Survival Guide, and the comics The Zombie Survival Guide: Recorded Attacks and The Extinction Parade.
